We have developed a formidable reputation in the seamless dye sublimation printing industry.
The process is to digitally print on a specially coated transfer paper in mirror image. The dyes used are water based and are released onto the fabric using a heat transfer process, which fuses the dye to the material. Once fused the material/dyes are fully washable. Both the paper and the polyester fabrics are fully recyclable. The result is high-resolution print with very punchy colours.
We use a variety of Mimaki printers in our Digital Dye sublimation division, including 1.6m, 2.5m, 2.6m, 3.2 wide printers for this process as well as our Klieverik or Transmatic heat presses.
We use swiss dyes and transfer paper and source the fabric locally. Our manufacturing staff are recognised as leaders in their field. This has been the core of our business for some time now, we take pride in our exceptional turnaround times, speed of service and superior quality.
